General These terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of offgridebikes.com.au. Off Grid Ebikes reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, images and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information however we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are complete, accurate or current.

Pricing All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping We ship Australia wide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Free shipping applies to eligible metro areas only. Off Grid Ebikes is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services.

Returns and Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

Warranty All products are covered by our 12 month warranty policy. Please refer to our Warranty page for full details.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law Off Grid Ebikes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
