Shipping Policy
At Off Grid we aim to get your new electric bike to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Metro areas — Free shipping
- Regional and remote areas — Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout
Estimated Delivery Times We aim to deliver all orders within 2-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Metro areas are generally delivered faster than regional and remote areas.
Where We Ship We ship Australia wide. At this stage we do not offer international shipping.
Large Item Shipping The Off Grid Lite is a large item and is shipped via freight courier. Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the order.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged please contact us at offgridebikes@gmail.com with photo or video evidence and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
