At Off Grid we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please make sure you have read the full product description and specifications before completing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your Off Grid Lite arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us immediately with video or photo evidence of the issue. We will assess your claim and work with you to find the best resolution which may include a replacement part, repair or replacement unit.
Warranty Claims All warranty claims are handled in accordance with our 12 month warranty policy. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
How to Make a Claim Contact us at offgridebikes@gmail.com with your order number and video or photo evidence of the fault. We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days.
